We were the first to classify our scissors from entry level to top of the range using our Star rating system. Each pair of scissors in the Jaguar range is classified from Prestyle to 5 star, enabling you to identify at a glance the scissors you are looking for.

Jaguar TC – what are the benefits

Jaguar TC is our unique and innovative wellness treatment delivered by a pair of scissors. By cutting the hair hot you cauterise the hair shaft and both protect it from environmental damage and keep in all the natural health, making hair shinier, healthier and more manageable. Scissors guarantee

All our Rand Rocket scissors are guaranteed for life against a manufacturing fault and should one occur we will replace your scissors free of charge. Simply send them to us to verify. Otherwise we offer a fully guaranteed repair service for scissors that need some tlc!

Scissors servicing

We offer a complete and guaranteed servicing and repair service for all our scissors. There is a charge of £35/£50 per pair to cover postage/admin. Please send your scissors to our Head Office address (see ‘Contact‘ page) and enclose payment; or ‘phone us in advance to pay by credit card and then put your sissors in the post. It usually takes about 4 weeks (longer at Christmas and during the factory Summer shut down).

Servicing of TC – thermocut systems

We offer a fully guaranteed repair service for all aspects of the Jaguar TC system. Please send your items to us with your contact details and when we receive them we will call you with the servicing cost.
